"I do quite like a challenge. I saw it (Peacock) and thought, that looks really fun, so I tried it and eventually managed to get into it and now I can get into it more easily. It's just good fun and you feel a sense of satisfaction when you can do it more easily."

"I do technical scuba diving. I have very heavy tanks so I need a very good core. I also play the cello. Everything is lopsided so I can get very twisted. You do tense all the time. The yoga helps. It rebalances and resets my body from playing the cello."
